Hall For Cornwall [HFC] Trust [the client] is seeking to procure the services of a Project Manager for a major capital project to refurbish and expand the theatre facilities in its existing Grade II* listed building, in the heart of Truro in Cornwall. The project will include creating a new front of house, back of house and auditorium with new culture sector facilities.
