Guildhall Renewal Project - Architectural Services

The City of London Corporation's (CoL) corporate headquarters are the North and West Wings of the Guildhall. The CoL is exploring two main options for the future of the buildings. Option 1 is the phased refurbishment of the buildings to extend their economic life for the next c.20 years. Option 2, would look to undertake major works to the newly Listed Grade II West Wing to create a building which accommodates Member and officer activities as well as potentially refurbishing the adjacent Grade II Listed 20 Aldermanbury for an appropriate corporate purpose.
