The Grounds Maintenance Framework, owned and operated by HCC Universal Services Property Services, provides a procurement facility for grounds maintenance services across Hampshire. These services are undertaken across a wide range of departments covering a total of ~500 Sites, and include grass cutting, hedge and border maintenance, and sports facility maintenance.
