1. BACKGROUND 1.1 This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) to procure Grounds Maintenance for 2 years with two 1-year extension periods via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. 1.2 The aim of BWCET is to provide outstanding education for all students attending schools within the Trust.
