HSE is seeking to appoint an experienced and competent Concessionaire to operate the HSE GRIP Rating Scheme as a service concession and to provide all aspects of test development, sales and marketing, customer support and fulfilment services for its scheme. HSE expects to supply IP to support the development of the test equipment and the running of the scheme.
