Grief, Loss and Separation Support

Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to commission an organisation for 12-months, to work within our Family Hubs and outreach venues to support families with grief, loss and separation support. The purpose is to offer peer support for families who are experiencing bereavement loss or separation through the provision of specialised groups.
