NSS is required to upgrade the document management and workflow software services for all General Practices in Scotland (and primary care provision in the Scottish Prison Service). The current contract ends 31 March 2024. The current solution Docman 7 is no longer fit for purpose and is an end-of-life product provided by Advanced Health and Care Limited. The Docman 7 product will no longer be supported from January 2026.
