MDDC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the replacement glazed window pane programme at numerous Council houses within Mid Devon during the financial years from 2019-2022 The aim is to renew the defective double glazed units to match the glazing within the existing windows. The glazing is to have an insurance backed guarantee from the manufacturer for at least 5 years The Contract shall be awarded for three years, starting during April 2019 and terminating on the 31 March 2022.
