GB-Salisbury: Aluminium material characterisation
Part of GB-Salisbury: Aluminium material characterisation.
Dstl requires data to produce Johnson-Cook models for 10 grades of aluminium. These models will be used in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of the materials. Dstl requires strain rates in the order of 10^2 s-1 to be used. Strain rates of 10^3 s-1 are highly desirable. Please email jmvleuven@dstl.gov.uk requesting a copy of the full ITT within 10 working days if you have the technical capability to produce the required data.
