The Council is looking to appoint a suitably competent supplier to build and install a modular building to be used as a Community Building. The site location is the former garage site to the rear of nos. 17 & 19 Linford Crescent, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4QX. This contract includes fabrication, fit-out, delivery and placement of the structure. The complete building is to be accredited to ISO9001 and be an approved system with a valid BBA and BRE certificate or similar.
