The contract includes the planned and reactive servicing, maintenance and testing of heating systems to circa 23,000 dwellings owned and/or managed by ForHousing in the North West of England which are predominately fueled by natural gas. The contract also includes the installation of new heating systems, and includes both domestic and commercial plant and equipment.
