Ground Investigation Works Framework Agreement for the Coal Authority (“the Authority”) commencing on 1 August 2015. The Contract duration will be for a period of 4 years. The agreement is non-exclusive, and individual Works requirements will be instructed on an as and when required basis. The Authority is unable to guarantee the volume and value of allocated work. The Authority will appoint a minimum of two companies to deliver the framework, subject to this ensuring the full regional coverage required by the framework.
