Framework Agreement for Bricklaying Contractors

This Framework Agreement ("the Contract") is for the implementation of a Framework Agreement for Durham County Council for Contractors to undertake works where bricklaying and/or block work will be required ("The Authority"). The works will involve the refurbishment of existing buildings and potentially the provision of new facilities.
