Oxford City Council is seeking to engage with experienced and qualified contractor(s) to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for a Lift Replacement Programme. Following condition survey reports undertaken in 2015 for Housing and Corporate buildings on passenger lifts, disabled access lifts and stair lifts at various locations in Oxford, lifts were identified as requiring replacing over a 10 year period.
