Forensic Audit Framework

The intention of this new framework is to procure fully independent auditing of the commercial activities associated with current and future projects and contracts. This will be delivered via discrete package orders which will be for thorough and focused audit activities which could be targeted at any of Highways England's projects, programmes or third party procurement agreements.
