The ITT is to procure a specialist 3rd Party Programme Management Contractor (PMC) to support BEIS in the design, management and successful delivery of a Flexibility Innovation Programme within the BEIS Net Zero Innovation Portfolio (NZIP). This programme aims to enable widespread electricity system flexibility through smart, secure, & accessible technologies & markets.
