Festive lights display

To supply Festive Illuminations on a hire basis for a 4 year period for the village of Castle Donington. There are two locations, one around a bus station point, and the other along the main shopping street. The lighting columns have been altered to take the festive lighting. some of the previous displays went across the street, and were secured to privately owned buildings, and need eye bolt testing on a regular basis.
