Knaresborough Town Council (KTC) procures and manages the Festive Lighting display in Knaresborough with the aim of enhancing the town at Christmas time to make it a more enjoyable environment for residents, shoppers and tourists. 2020 sees the end of its current Festive lighting contract and with it, the end of the lease of the majority of its current Festive lights.
