LocatED are working in partnership with the Department for Education to deliver a 'proof of concept' feasibility study to explore the commercial viability of a range of decarbonisation interventions. This includes building condition, fabric improvements, adaptation measures, energy efficiency and energy generation - the 'Net Zero Accelerator Programme'. It is envisaged that up to five partners will be selected to develop their proposals in partnership with the DfE and LocatED.
