F0013B Application for Payments for NH B

National Highways is looking to set up a contract(s) for provision of an approach and methodology for assuring application for payments received from its suppliers under NEC forms of contract. This work will encompass the validation of Suppliers financial system controls, methodology to be used in assuring Suppliers application for payments in accordance with their contractual obligations and for the periodic application of third party assessments to validate the use of the financial controls on the application of payments assure entitlement to be paid.
