External works to Plus Dane properties are currently provided by several contractors previously procured. It is anticipated that we will be going out to market to procure new contracts in late 2018 for a start date of 1 April 2019. The overall value of spend across all Lots is expected to be approximately £15m over a four year period, with c. £3m in the first year.
