The Care Quality Commission ("CQC") is seeking to re-procure its future "Experts by Experience" service requirement. Experts by experience are people who have personal experience of the services we regulate, either directly or as carers. During inspections, experts by experience speak with people using services and their family or organisations that support them. They may also watch how the service is delivered and speak to staff.
