Dartford Borough Council has no established in-house valuation/property team. Its current preference is to provide a ‘virtual property/valuation service’ with a view to ensuring that the service is responsive and represents value for money, both in terms of costs and quality. This ‘virtual property/valuation service’ is managed by the Head of Legal Services.
