North East Derbyshire District Council is seeking Valuation Services to carry out a survey and prepare a report on its housing property when a Right to Buy (RTB) Application is received. NEDDC will undertake the majority of RTB valuations ‘in-house’ however, on occasions of high volumes or low capacity, NEDDC will seek services through this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
