The South East Consortium (SEC) invites you,on behalf of one of our members, Arhag Housing Association, to tender for an Estate Service Grounds Maintenance Contract. The Contract will start in August/September 2019. The Contract will comprise of routine estate grounds maintenance services to communal areas.
