ESRI Technical Support Renewal

NGN's current GIS landscape is built up of multiple complex, bespoke systems, which were setup by ESRI, which have been added to over the time and contain custom code supported by ESRI under an NGN agreement. Many of these systems have been or will soon be retired following NGN's recent investment to update our underlying GIS software.
