Thirteen Housing Group (Thirteen) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to prequalify for an invitation to tender for a new strategic partnership framework. The partnership, through the appointed contractor(s), will deliver Thirteen’s Enhanced Capital Delivery Programme through to 2026. The proposed work comprises of construction and management services. Thirteen will invest more than £100m through the partnership.
