English Language Learning Platform RFQ

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) plans to deliver on-line English Language learning for up to approximately 2000 Ukrainian guests, Afghans (ARAP/ACRS schemes) and Hong Kong/ BNOs as well as those Asylum Seekers who are eligible for education and/or have received their status, over 18 months who are resident in the UK under these schemes, and who are living across the county of Oxfordshire in both urban and rural settings.
