Delivery of a catering apprenticeship program in both the EAST and WEST regions at specified sites to support catering apprentices to achieve level 2 and level 3 qualifications. This will include delivery of apprenticeship training and End Point Assessment, supporting with recruitment, where required and providing feedback on progression to individual site managers and Learning and Development Manager / Apprenticeship Program Manager.
