The purpose of the DPS is to provide electricity and gas supply contracts for the benefit of The Authority and all other PCR 15 bound Contracting Authorities within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 #102.
