Energy Efficiency/ Low Carbon Works

The Council wishes to appoint a specialist contractor to undertake energy efficiency works on HRA properties. The works will improve the thermal comfort and quality to reduce carbon emissions. The potential measures to be installed include solar panels, cavity wall insulation, external wall insulation, loft insulation, LED lighting and sensors to monitor the effectiveness of these measures and to provide information for the tenants to help with energy costs and energy usage.
