Gentoo Group will soon be approaching the market to procure a number of Framework Providers to assist in its pledge to bring all of its 28,000 properties to a minimum EPC rating of "C". Survey works are currently ongoing to assess the current condition of Gentoo stock and to recommend future works necessary to upgrade the properties. The vast majority of works to properties will be minor and therefore this notice is aimed more at SME's than larger Principal Contractors.
