The 21 Energy Efficiency Measures for this Framework are structured into two main workstreams comprising a total of 89 regionally based Lots. Tenderers can apply for multiple regional Lots. Workstream 1 comprises three value bands and suppliers can bid for two of the three value bands in this workstream.
