Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is setting up an Employer’s Agent Framework which will comprise of seven Framework Consultants. Paradigm is a developing housing association building approximately 2000 new residential properties over the next five years. Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation.
