ELM Policy Discussion Analysis

Defra has published the Environmental Land Management (ELM) scheme Policy Discussion Document. The Policy Discussion Document (PDD) sets out our initial thinking for ELM scheme design, providing an update on progress and overview of high level design options. We are using this document to step up engagement with all of our stakeholders, including farmers, foresters and other land managers, and have invited responses to key questions posed in the document.
