CPI require a subscription to get access to the Science Direct Government Edition Journals and Backfiles. CPI require access to the Government Edition from Elsevier, which provides access to 2,200+ journals on ScienceDirect. The government edition journals provide access to all publications from 1995 and onwards. CPI also require access to the government edition journals backfiles, which provides access to the same titles but for the content published pre 1995 going back to first available publication.
