Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Framework for provision of Electrical Repairs, Rewires & Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations. During the life of the framework, Contractors may also be requested to undertake one off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations.
