ED0032-18 Axminster Masterplan March 2018

The contract is for a masterplan to be developed for an allocated mixed use development site to the north and east of Axminster which is allocated in the adopted East Devon Local Plan. The development is for around 650 homes and associated community and employment buildings, a primary school and public open space.
