Economic Viability Assessment

Preparation of a viability assessment to inform and support an updated Local Plan for Herefordshire. Hereford Council is currently updating the Core Strategy which was adopted in 2015 and the new Local Plan will guide future development of the County to 2041. This is a comprehensive update of the strategy.
