The Dame Barbara Windsor Dementia Goals programme, , aims to speed up the development of new treatments for dementia by accelerating innovations in biomarkers, clinical trials and implementation. This project is to undertake a Proof of Concept (PoC) study to test the feasibility of BARBARA - a Brain Ageing Registry for Biomarkers, Access to trials, Research, and Adoption.
