DPS1 - Employment Programme

The WMCA is seeking to secure a training offer that aligns with the local and regional labour market to link our residents into good quality jobs. The skills training offer will need to be responsive and flexible and provide transitional support from unemployment into sustainable employment leading to further skills progression. The WMCA has worked closely with its seven constituent local authorities to ensure that the training we are seeking to buy will address local economic needs and business priorities through a place-based approach for our local communities.
