Doncaster Housing Need Study 2018

Doncaster Borough Council require a greater understanding of the current and future households in Doncaster, together with their current and future housing preferences and requirements. We want to know the issues/limitations that current households/ properties have and that the market has - such that our response to housing need can be targeted at and where it is most needed - either directly (through our own developments or service provision), or indirectly through our facilitation, support and control of the private sector.
