Doncaster Council are looking to increase the reablement capacity within Domiciliary Care to ensure that people leaving hospital who require reablement support are able to access services in a timely manner. This additional capacity will work alongside the STEPS service currently provided in house by Doncaster Council. Access to timely social care services is critical to ensure that flow continues through the systems and individuals are able to access appropriate services without delay.
