Brent Council is seeking an appropriately qualified contractor to provide a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme. The Service includes: • A 26-week perpetrator behaviour change programme • Pre-programme and advocacy support for individuals not yet ready to engage in the 26 week programme • Parallel victim safety support, delivered through liaison with Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASAs) and local victim services • A training programme for professionals working with domestic abuse and perpetrators.
