Dispatch Method Evaluation and Reports

Overview of Requirement: HS2 Ltd requires the Supplier to evaluate potential dispatch methods and work collaboratively with HS2 Ltd to develop recommendations for the preferred option. Currently a number of options have been considered from fully automated dispatch to more traditional methods such as Conductor/Driver dispatch methods or Closed Doors (CD) and Right Away (RA).
