Gateshead Council (the Council) wishes to procure an online software solution that will allow its Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications to be processed online via an e-bulk system. The Council's aim is to make the application process more efficient by speeding up the length of time it takes to complete DBS checks for prospective employees, services, licence holders and umbrella clients.
