New legislation will require Highway Authorities to provide digital versions of all new Traffic Regulation Orders - both temporary and permanent - during 2025. It is expected that in the future it will be required that all historic TRO's will also need to be digitised. Therefore, we will need to implement a Digital TRO system in the next year. At Stockton, we currently create TRO's using a paper-based method which can be time consuming.
