By January 2027, analogue telephone services accessed by the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) will be switched off as the UK's telecoms infrastructure is upgraded to digital connectivity. This has a number of implications for LiveWest and its customers, primarily due to the components in our homes that use telephone lines to connect with the outside world.
