Newcastle City council is seeking to procure a cloud-based fully operational digital GIS Site Assessment Tool (SAT) that can perform key essential site assessment analysis to comply with the Government's prescribed planning tests for housing and employment development sites: identifying land suitable for homes and employment through assessment of future development sites and testing the expected urban capacity.
