Kirklees Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy team to support the development of a Dewsbury Town Centre Living Plan, Dewsbury Economic Investment Plan and the Dewsbury Long-term Plan by undertaking an appraisal of viability and potential land use options in the town centre. Through the Dewsbury Town Investment Plan work has progressed to acquire properties in the Daisy Hill area - as part of the Dewsbury Long-term Plan the Council wish to build on this work to develop a plan of action for the town centre.
